Grease supply duration“On Demand” 1, 3, 6, 12 months. SLOT GREASE® automatically supplies grease based on demand from machinery and depending on: spring type, temperature, type of lubricant, working conditions and linking accessories.
The SLOT GREASE Oiler are oilers which can be used and refilled with all types and grades of oil viscosity. They preserve the same characteristics, advantages, applications, duration and provisions of the Classic models.
The peculiarity of the SLOT GREASE® Evo consists in the fact that it can have a single lubricator able to provide all consistencies of NLGI 0-1-2-3 grease at any temperature and operating condition without necessity to change the spring.
This is possible thanks to the use of a single spring and to the introduction of an additional adjustment. The first adjustment (A) serves as “substitute for the springs” and it has 3 adjustments which make reference to the intensity of the grease emission (L=light, M=medium, H=high). The second adjustment (B) makes reference to the duration expressed in months “1, 3, 6, 12”(*). It is sufficient to turn the screw until the desired letter, to set the months on the second screw and the SLOT GREASE® Evo will immediately be able to supply the grease.
Now you can have all SLOT GREASE® models PREFILLED with lubricant supplied by the customer or with one of our standard lubricants.
As an alternative, you can have them with the charging spring preloaded for filling by the customers at locations other than the installation site (e.g., warehouse, maintenance site, etc.).
